Ligtorn (adj./n.) - In hip-hop slang, a state of being hyped-up and intoxicated ('lit') to the extreme, leaving one ragged, disheveled, or 'torn' from wild partying, drugs, or relentless energy; often describes someone wrecked but still vibing hard on the block or in the club.
