Definition
Fredstraktater (n): In underground hip-hop and street linguistics, a 'fredstraktater' is a duplicitous broker or fake peacemaker who negotiates 'peace treaties' (fred = peace, traktater = treaties in Norwegian slang influence via Euro-rap scenes) between rival gangs or crews, only to betray them for clout, cash, or opps. Often a snitch or opportunist hiding behind fake diplomacy.
