Definition
Hip-hop slang, phonetic spelling/pronunciation of 'the roach,' referring to the burnt, unsmokable remnant of a marijuana joint or blunt that's too small to hit properly. Often saved, shared, or smoked desperately. Can also derogatorily describe an ugly or undesirable woman, like a scurrying roach.
